Service Description

A combination of high-energy music with cycling workouts led by your instructor, Sharron. Our goal is to maintain an aerobic training base (between 60% and 80% of your maximum heart rate) while incorporating peaks of intensity (reaching 85% to 90% of your max heart rate). It’s fun and low impact, the benefits of RPM include improved cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, and overall fitness. In a 45-minute RPM workout, you can burn an average of 500 calories, tone your legs, and engage your core. (Results may vary). RPM is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. There are no complex moves to master, just hop on your bike and pedal.
